It's no trial, called DTS and has been in operation for well over a year now. RM must be planning to expand it to all DSA and not just DSA Economy. It already includes all 2C.

The NHS still use the 5 day DSA service for their hospital letters and appointments so i have no sympathy.

In our office we have been told to leave frames of mail which then goes out the following day and that includes 1c letters that should have been delivered the previous day. The same 1c letters that RM increased their prices for.
RM doesn't just need to be investigated under national security legislation but in ripping off customers and rewarding executives with bonuses. The USO might cost them £2 million a day but what actual profits are they making?

On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

What signifies DSA mail and what's the difference between DSA & DSA Economy? Assuming this now means all non stamped mail then it's going to make a major difference if it's all only delivered after the 5 days trigger, it's also going to make Saturday's in the future a total nightmare.SpacePhoenix wrote: ↑27 Oct 2024, 08:56It's no trial, called DTS and has been in operation for well over a year now.
