Yes.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Seniority List.
You don't need to request it. It is a mandatory requirement to display the seniority list. It should be up already.

Nothing displayed, only one I can find is 3 years out of date.
Colleague asked today and were told they weren’t entitled to view it.

Wobbly, check the holiday pick list in the bookroom. Holiday pick is taking place right now, and it should resemble a seniority list of sorts, without being the official seniority list.

Re: Seniority List.
I doubt smaller offices will have a book room and holiday picks are no longer done on seniority in our office.
Our seniority list is in need of an update

Do you have a payroll person working in the office? If so, ask them for the list.WOBBLY wrote: ↑23 Oct 2024, 21:00No bookroom, only a relatively small office.BenacreNick wrote: ↑23 Oct 2024, 14:19Wobbly, check the holiday pick list in the bookroom.
