It can secure enough clicks without appealing to roughly 70,000 CWU members working in the postal industry. The WSWS does not have to concentrate on the postal industry. There are plenty of other industries it could focus on.
The WSWS writes about postal workers because there is a rank and file movement that exists which gives the WSWS reason to write about postal workers. The latest article is not a work of fiction. Des exists and he was failed by the CWU. Des is not the first and he won't be the last.
You only have to read the posts in this forum to see the CWU's failure laid bare. The WSWS/PWRFC is not reporting anything that isn't widely known. You only have to speak to postal workers to know theCWU is a mess. It always has been and it's been failing postal workers since it's creation and the creation of the unions that went before it.
You can attack the WSWS/PWRFC all you want but it won't change the reality that the CWU is failing it's members day in, day out and that failure is widely known amongst the membership.![]()

GMB and RMT don't represent postal staff in any official capacity, Unite is for managerial grades so that just leaves the IWGB (who??) or the CWU.
As someone said above, laughable.

Re: Victimised Royal Mail worker speaks out: “More than thirty years of service ended in twenty seconds!”
I think we should wrap this up.
The PWRFC is a bigoted organisation, with no relevance in the workplace, no voice, unrecognised by the workplace and which the majority of staff have no interest.
Its doubtful in there dishonest stories of mistreatment reports made with an agenda to promote there organisation as an alternative. Promoting their organisation by bigoted ridicule of the CWU and RM shows the stinky depths they go to, and stage3 only defence is the naming me as a troll just high lights the negative organisation they are.
The only people who are interested are the small minority of people who may or may not be in the union holding socialist views trying to sway a workforce, who had the biggest wake up call in the 500 year history of the business, that learned that the union do not hold the Trump card vs RM. And in all honesty have now come to terms that this is just a job, clock in clock out, if your not happy, well, it may not be the job for you.
Let's wrap this up, stop the stage 3 cut and pastes from the WSWS, and be happy. Otherwise people will just keep getting angry over the negative bullshit you folks promote. Some people are unhappy with the cwu, more people hate the bigoted PWRFC canvassing.
And actually believing that there are rank and file committees in the RM work place up and down the country which provides the pwrfc a dishonest authentic belief they are here is just delusional. No ones heard of it, bar the few peeps that browse this forum. MADNESS.
And lastly, if the pwrfc want to be seen as something serious, then be somewhat more positive than the negative bullshit, hating of the business, CWU, and provide a positive fresh outlook. But let's be honest, you've nothing to offer but bigoted nastiness.
Shamefully bigoted stage 3 and all the pwrfc committee trolls. If you promoted rascism or sexism you'd be pulled for this, but to do this bigotted posting against the CWU and RM, it's somehow acceptable is beyond judgement, it's just not acceptable.
Nastiness is a commoditee, that the pwrfc seem to relish on, let's just hope one day it turns positive.

Good luck to the WSWS and the PWRFC. They are giving a voice to the those who won't lie down and die, a voice for the socialists, Marxists, workers, ordinary people. History shows us that working people do win and we've won more battles and lasted longer than any employer or industry. We do the work and create the wealth. Yeah let's 'wrap this up' and put the naysayer back in their box. Hasta la Victoria siempre!

You are bigoted. Your views are negative and don't represent the majority of the work place.tramssirhc wrote: ↑21 Oct 2024, 07:47Good luck to the WSWS and the PWRFC. That makes you irrelevant.

I thought you were 'wrapping it up'. Every time you carry on it's just more hits. The numbers go up and it gets more views. I can do this all day.moon71 wrote: ↑21 Oct 2024, 21:42You are bigoted. It would be more relevant and interesting if you were to explain just how the WSWS and PWRFC are giving a voice to anyone let alone the poor, downtrodden etc etc.

The WSWS uses it's website to publish articles about workers and workers struggle. The WSWS also facilitates the creation of rank and file committees where workers can join together to have their voice heard. Then the WSWS publishes articles about the committees.
