Looks like I may have to finish if I can’t get ill health retirement ,how long would it take to get my pension sorted out

If you have a medical condition that prevents you from doing your role, and RM cant find you a suitable alternative, why wouldnt you get IHR?

Mail centre has been mentioned but I have working outside for the last 35 years on delivery don't think I could stand it being indoors

Thats not a valid excuse if the business is offering alternative work that you are capable of doing in a mc.sorry but think you will have to leave without getting ihr.

What does this mean, you been recommended by your manager? Whats the process involved? You reckon you will get it?
