Would bet that it hasn’t been removed but deactivated. There are automated branded messages sent to the sender and recipient - they don’t have crossover branding. So would be confusing for the customer. Wonder if that is one of the hold-ups

Royal mail seem to have more parcels than they can cope with whereas Parcelforce are short of work ,
it makes sense to give work to Parcelforce but the problem is the 2 systems on the PDA are incompatible hence the trial to try and sort that out .
Hopefully they can sort this out soon and Parcelforce can take the pressure off royal mail staff and help with there parcels .
Seems strange that RM have been constantly updating and overloading our PDAs with info yet have overlooked a very basic fundamental flaw that the barcodes that PF have could be incompatible with our PDAs.
If it is deliberate then it isn't making things easier for workers of both companies. We are receiving increasingly larger parcels that should be delivered by PF and in return they could take plenty of parcels off us to make our deliveries more manageable.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

Certainly have seen a sharp uptick in large parcels this year. Used to be able to clear a DPR route and then back to clear LATs with time to spare. Now no chance of clearing all the parcels let alone LATs.
