The Reason Managers are chasing you to check the Doorstep App is because IT IS LINKED TO THEIR ANNUAL BONUS

Do Not be bullied into using it if you don't want to. My Manager has even said in WTLL, '' Just open it I don't care if you don't even look at it'' which to me indicates he just needs to show you're opening it on his little laptop and then his Boss gives him a Well Done Sticker and a Sweetie for being a Good Boy TWAT!

Too right, a few at our place have been pulled recently for idling/speeding so I'd been checking mine daily just to be forewarned in case I inadvertently dropped below the threshold, anyway after reading on here about the managers bonus I've 'forgotten' to look for the last two weeks, I'm not looking until they start pulling us for it and we have to, fuk em twats

The parcel scanning isn’t the issue, it’s the micro managing of us that is the problem. Childish stamp rewards for 1st time delivery etc.

A blanket refusal to engage with or access the My Doorstep part of the PDA would be a start.
