Hi everyone,
I have a package coming to Dublin and was received by Royal Mail. I got an email this morning saying that my package had been delivered to North West Midlands MC with a picture of presumably the outside of the centre. Has there been a mistake somewhere? The tracking gives no indication that there were any issues with the delivery up until then. Or is this just one of the stops along it's journey to Ireland? Asking as usually I wouldn't get an email saying that it had been delivered to a hub.

It is yes. I'd checked eBays tracking this morning and it doesn't say it's been delivered on there, but just the fact that the Royal Mail one says delivered with a picture of presumably the fulfillment center has thrown me a bit. I'd googled the center and saw posts from other people saying that their packages had been stuck there, so that's what prompted the post here.

Probably been posted using ebay global shipping, they are usually delivered to a hub or mc and then ebay export them abroad .

I agree - the tracking code is for a 48tracked so should not leave the country.

I have a parcel sat at this depot for a week and never moved can anybody help with what’s going on is it’s an important parcel ?

Without a tracking number, its difficult to advise (a tracking number lets us see up-to-date scans. Also, you may be under the mistaken belief that we are an official Royal Mail site, we are not.
