Overtime Cut Off

Does anyone have any idea of the overtime cut off dates for each month?
My payslip definitely doesn't work out to what I've got in my diary as overtime worked but no one in the office seems to know the actual dates that overtime gets cut off.

As far as I know for monthly paid it’s the 3rd Sunday of the month

Mine’s all over the place and I know a few others hours are wrong too. Could be a local budget issue.

Like Keithy said, the cut-off is the third Sunday of each month. Any OT done prior to - and including - the third Sunday should be paid the same month.

Although these dates above from Payroll have the September cut-off as the 19th, i think it is wrong. Only my overtime up to and including Sunday the 15th has been included in my September payslip. I know it was all keyed in super quick, like first thing following morning, though the PHG who does it did tell me (and I ignored him!) that it would still cut off on the third Sunday…

Yes, it was Sunday the 15th, and the deadline to submit receipt, and overtime allowances was the 17th. My bad
