My seller has sent me 21 digits long Tracking ID of Royal Mail and i cant verify it on Royal Mail Website.
how to find correct Correct Royal Mail Tracking No.
Seller is not responding me at all.
Please help me.

21 - that sounds like a QR code. sometimes they are used on tracked if so they should have sent you the 13 figure alpha numeric code.
If not then its scanable, but not trackable until delivery.

There must be 13 Digit Valid Tracking ID against it. Can some one help me how to get it?

Unfortunately, the system doesn't allow public access to link a QR code with a tracking code, so you'll need to ask the sender for it. If the QR code is linked to a tracked item, it should update the tracking information when scanned. This puts you in a catch-22 situation. If it was sent via a tracked service, the sender should be able to provide you with the tracking number.
I hope your package arrives without issues. Once it does, check the labels on the packet and provide feedback to the sender if they didn't use a trackable service.

If you input the number (just the numbers and letters with no gaps at all) do you get an error message?
