Also if there's any Bristol posties here, what working week are you guys on? I'm currently on a 9 day fortnight which is lovely as I get a fri-mon off once a month.

You will get the new contract if you do a transfer.
All your legacy T&C's will be gone.

Are you based in Bristol? If so, just go to that office and make some enquiries to see if anyone wants to swap. You shouldn't need to change your contract

you wont get days off like that ull just be a reserve with no rotational day off basically back down to the bottom

Then why think about moving? Pretty sure Bristol offices frequently appear on the "we're sorry..." announcements so they must be in a right mess!!
