Unsolicited emails from Success Factors

Would seem this has not gone the way it was intended as we just had a WTL on this last night on shift, 6 min video, guess those that went to HR they have possibly listened and rolled out the WTL on it, At least in our mail center.

Any other MC had this?

Yes our delivery office and many others have already watched the video in WTL and signed to say we had watched it before the email was sent out

No it’s not. They expect you to do the Success Factors bit too because it requires responses from you.

We've not been told that's the case by our manager and we've all signed the WTL forms to say we've completed the training. If we supposed to do it online perhaps RM could supply us with the necessary equipment and also the time to complete it.

I don’t think it is militant to expect to be able to switch off from work and not be hounded by email to watch videos in your own time.

Then don't answer it in your own time. Ignore it until you're at work. If they were harrasing people on their days off to complete whatever this is, fair enough, but an email is something about nothing. I've had said email numerous times and just deleted it. If they want to me to do it in work placed learning, fine, but I'll wait til they say something. Going to HR over something so minor is petty.

This particular WTL was supposed to be part of a series. I think they’ll ditch the idea of it being a two part thing from now on because it’s too much hassle and they have not mentioned anything about people not completing it.

We ended up doing it as a WTL as no one could log in to do it, with a RM email account being needed to login

The seem to own you if you are walking 15 miles and delivering a duty within a 4 hour and 45 minutes time frame though

Not at all CarryingMGMT. I am in the best physical condition of my life. I am paid to work out and post a few letters. It is a glorious job. I’m sorry you were unable to keep it. At least you keep in touch by posting your nonsense on a forum dedicated to the job you were unable to keep though. RM apparently still own you despite you not even being employed by the company
