Parcel stuck at Jubilee MC

I sent a parcel on the 2 Aug via 8hr service, delivery was attempted the recipient was not there to receive it twice, card was left. No rearrangement of delivery was made. The parcel was sent back to Jubilee MC on 6 Aug. I have not been able to contact the recipient. It has been more than 18 days, when can I expect the parcel to be returned to me, the return address is on the label. Thanks

mean that it is still at the Jubilee MC if so can I ring them to find out what is happening

For a packet if an item was being returnd to sender they should actally scan it as being retuned to sender, which I believe as part of that scan should say the reason. Them two scans are only delivery attempted scans, not returned to sender scans.

They should also put a red sticker onto the item with the reason selected. Given the time of the last scan it makes me think they didn't put the red sticker on the item so the MC has sent it back to the DO
