Hi does anyone know if there are delay issues at this centre? Ordered some clothing from Australia. The tracking states it’s in transit but reached Bristol Mail Centre on 27 June and now hasn’t moved.
From ringing Royal Mail they have declared it as lost and to go back to the sender. I have done and they are supposed to be sending replacement products. However, I also noticed someone else had a package from the same company which has also been stuck since 3 July.
Could it be possible that they have lost these packages or it’s still stuck there?

Without a tracking number to see the most recent scans, it's difficult to say. You mention Filton IIRC correctly the airport there has a customs point so its possible that its being checked there.

Bristol MC might have delays. I sent something on Friday with tracked 24. It's just a game. Got to Bristol MC but buyer hasn't got it yet. Should have been out for delivery yesterday or today but I guess he gotta wait till tomorrow now. Hopefully they don't lose it because I don't really wanna have to refund.

Well good luck. The seller sent out a second package which currently states:
In transit
Your item has reached Bristol Mail Centre and will now be sent to your local delivery office

Did your buyers turn up because my second parcel also seems to have gone in the abyss! Tracking is still stuck on Bristol MC but I know it got delivered because my buyer left me positive feedback. So, RM delivered it but never scanned it or took a pic. So I never received either parcel which is now 10 weeks and 6 weeks of being lost. The company sent a third package which I had delivered to a relative’s address who are based near Swindon MC. It arrived there early hours of the morning and was delivered the same day.
