They have got all the minor shareholders running for the phone now. "You'll lose out!". "Sell, sell, sell!". "Jump ship now!". Sounds like the language they use in the documents is intended to panic the minor shareholders all the while the big boys are hoovering the shares up.

I don't think anyone is suggesting you should sell before the takeover, but there's clearly disadvantages to being a minority shareholder afterwards.
It's not just in the documents provided, google it.
It's easy to jump to the conclusion that they are trying to scare you into selling , I did myself initially but as suggested above a quick google search shows that it's just a fact that the shares become more difficult to sell in this situation.
Hey NW. It's something like Sept/Oct to make your choice and then if authorised everything should go through in early 2025 with money paid 3 weeks later.

Ok the IDS website offer doesn't actually give any dates as such, so I can't confirm for you, but I thought I read Sept/Oct somewhere ?
25th September is when it’s voted through. And yes early 2025 is when money would be paid, I’m sure I’ve seen reference to the 1st quarter of 2025. I believe the period after September is when the Govt would do all kinds of checks.
I leave the job in October so I’m intrigued what would happen with mine, whether I would be paid out in 2025 or if I’d be told I have to transfer my shares to another provider. There’s not much info out there other than a phone number which had a long wait.
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.
