Same. They are not paid any extra, unlike Work Coaches who are paid an extra £48 per week for doing precisely zero training of new starters or anything else.

Wpc payment really winds me up, ours does f**k all training of new starters, he sometimes gets tasked with things such as showing everyone how to do something new on the PDA like when we started collecting parcels and even then he gets half his walk delivered to compensate for the time spent going round folk, iirc the concept started over 10 years ago so RM have happily paid out £20k or so to loads of people who gave next to nothing in return.

More work.. but no increase in Xmas bonus from the 200 quid.. thats been this amount for a long time..
