Don't forget new entrants have to work Saturday and Sunday every week.

Eh, that's not what I'm hearing all too frequently. Management are desperate to keep new starts, though, so they've been extremely accomodating and not demanded the pound of flesh. Hell of a turnaround compared to what so many departed colleagues were told: if you don't like it, leave.Sean06 wrote: ↑07 Jul 2024, 18:15No point complaining they know what they are signing up too.Bounced_Czech wrote: ↑07 Jul 2024, 17:32Don't forget new entrants have to work Saturday and Sunday every week.

I wonder if they've been told to try and look after new starters, yeah I know a completely new concept for Royal Mail but perhaps it's sunk in that if you treat folk like s**t they leave.Mr Rush wrote: ↑07 Jul 2024, 20:04Eh, that's not what I'm hearing all too frequently.
