A phrase that pops up quite a lot in our job but one that no one seems to be able to answer.
Does anyone know what fair and manageable workload is? :Confused
If not what should it be, physically theres only so much a person can do before you kill them.
What do you people think?
i have heard that is not enough if you fall over and die you still have to work a weeks notice
plus a unfair workload is one more item than you finish up going out with or another way of looking at it is unfair workload is after 14 years slowly climbing the seniority list to get one of the easier duties some t??t goes and gets rid of all the older end and fills the duties up with more and more work
now that is unfair
I've never seen us stop prepping because the boss has said,"ok that's it lads, that's a fair and manageable workload"
I always thought it meant,1 what Fozz said or 2, till the office is completely clear, regardless,so the weazel can get his plums tickled by the area manager.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
