Working out of those plastic sleeves is far worse for your back than pushing 2 sleeves & that snow shovel is a complete waste of time. Can't see how pushing 2 sleeves is anywhere near as bad as working out of one of them.

Also plenty of opposition to the new correx sleeves in the LTB from April, Unfortunately it appears this has fallen on deaf ears as red sleeves are being removed from the operation.

The green ones are just as bad if not worse. The constant bending to empty them is a right pain. Plus the amount of SD flats/letters that we see falling through the gaps in the bottom is unbelievable. I dread to think how many have fallen out on the floor or dropped in the back of a van. Great design for our prime product. Should have kept the old red or green sleeves for the locker instead of just throwing them away.

They cant fall through the gaps in the bottom, there is a green plastic base covering the holes.wolfman wrote: ↑22 Jun 2024, 01:08The green ones are just as bad if not worse. Covering the holes in the base, yes. However they fall out round the gap between the base and the side wall and they fall out the poorly fitted and weak front doors that bulge out and are manufactured/assembled so that they are on the *outside* of the tray retaining lip2chorizon wrote: ↑22 Jun 2024, 15:24They cant fall through the gaps in the bottom, there is a green plastic base covering the holes.wolfman wrote: ↑22 Jun 2024, 01:08The green ones are just as bad if not worse. My local MC hasn't yet sent one "locked" properly. The unraised base sucks for your back, noone is going to use a f***ing shovel and trays to empty a york...
The cloth ones were infinitely reusable, tamper resistant and stood out. Why on earth would you swap them out for plastic s**t?
Also, there are still gaps. s**t can escape. Not as much as the white ones, I'll grant you, but they're still awful.

The edge of the top of the door hit my forehead while assembling.
When sorting "Free prints" at the bottom of the york I hand fill a tray & sort from there as the shovel would be totally inadequate. Unless RM can produce a video that shows the opposite!
