minimum time between shifts

hi was wandering how many hours minimum from end of a shift before i have to start the next....having to change a couple of shifts in the near future so was unsure how many hours....is it 8...or i also thought it was 11

A quick google suggests it's 11 hours.

I have always thought it was 12? But anything less than that starts to become too much time at work or preparing for work, very quickly.

ye id already done that had seen a cwu page but it was many years ago.....i was hoping it was still 11 hrs tar

i know the country suggests 11 but we work for rm.........
