Does that mean you have to be nominated by a manager?
If you're achieving 100% already and a colleague scores 75% one week and then increases to 100% do you both get nominated?

Do you share it with 1000 other posties in the UK?

Is that 100% delivery success ? If so yet again it's unfair, our rurals will always have 100% when you just open the farm door and lob it in, sign for it yourself if such an inconvenience is required, whereas the rest of us would have to either go lurking in half the back gardens for a suitable shed or spend ages trying loads of neighbours.
