He hasn't commented on postie's etc getting a bonus? The fact they didn't get a bonus last as we were on strike shows just how important we are to the company.

The last time I checked, the positions receiving bonuses are still available to be applied to by posties. If they think they are preferable roles and they have the necessary qualifications. Go for it!

Nine months ago we had ten duties removed from our office as in other areas total chaos managers went on long term sick with stress 50% of duties were failing every day, three months ago every removed duty was put back in our full revision starts tomorrow all the managers are receiving a bonus when quality of service is at an all time low royal mail is pleading poverty it may just be be me but i think it is totally unacceptable.

There's just 7 non managerial jobs listed, apart from posties jobs etc, and they are mostly based in Sheffield, even if you were a successful candidate and were prepared to move I doubt the annual bonus would outweigh my relocation costs?

You also need prior experience for the pension's jobs which are the majority of the jobs available.
