Like everything in RM it probably is a office by office thing with variations all over the place, this has always been the case and no real surprise. My advice would be clock out on time, try to not worry what happens elsewhere in this company and remember there is no consistancy in RM, every delivery office has been historically different for a very long time and it probably won't change anytime soon. But what do i know?

Once they do link pay to SISO, they need to have the use of the end of break flag standardised everywhere otherwise you'll have one DO where they get their pay docked and one next door where they don't get their pay docked. Either they allow staff to take part their break at the end or they don't. My gut feeling is that they'll insist on the break being taken before you head out.

It was when it was implemented but lack of staff and poor revisions put an end to that. I really don’t understand how offices seem to have different rules the office I transferred from was run completely different to the one I’m at now.

There is no pattern to it. We clear every day. The office just ten miles down the road, is an utter shambles. They both operate under the same area managers, so it must be office managers ultimately to blame.
I would willingly take my full Meal Relief sat in the DO at the end of my day ....... If the Lazy Skiving Manager was sat there next to me!
Ours are now forced to be present until, and often beyond, our new finish times. I can absolutely testify that the misery on their faces softens my own anguish. I don't know what to call that - it's not really schadenfreude.
