Re: Exemption Process
Quite a few years back we had a postie who needed to finish early to pick her kids up from school. Instead management put her on rounds on the other side of town and with guys who had no intention of dropping her back to the office. She had to rely either on the managers who didn't want to pick her up and public transport. They messed her about that much that she ended up leaving.
The way I see this exemption process will likely be handled the same way. They will expect those staff to make up their hours by working days off and if they do need to finish early, put up barriers that make life difficult. Just my tuppence worth.

On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

Re: Exemption Process
What will you be doing? Are you FT or PT? Do you work with a partner?
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

My partner put in for this and it was accepted. They gave me the option of working their hours.

You have unanswered posts for you over in the My Performance App thread.CarryingMGMT wrote: ↑29 Mar 2024, 20:41Not for loubarlow because they live in cloud cuckoo landClappedoutpostie wrote: ↑29 Mar 2024, 19:43They will just find someone else who has been accepted and move you somewhere else.![]()
Why don’t you confine your trolling comments and digressions to that thread instead of hijacking other threads?

Re: Exemption Process
I’m not sure about that. We have only had our start times changed by 15 minutes so it isn’t that big a deal.Clappedoutpostie wrote: ↑29 Mar 2024, 19:43They will just find someone else who has been accepted and move you somewhere else.
Just don’t give them the attention they crave. I honestly think they might be deranged at this point. Maybe admin can track them down and make sure they are ok. Maybe contact authorities to ensure they aren’t a danger to themselves.Smoothbackground wrote: ↑29 Mar 2024, 20:51You have unanswered posts for you over in the My Performance App thread.CarryingMGMT wrote: ↑29 Mar 2024, 20:41Not for loubarlow because they live in cloud cuckoo landClappedoutpostie wrote: ↑29 Mar 2024, 19:43They will just find someone else who has been accepted and move you somewhere else.![]()
