Pension forecast

I went on the people app to look at my pension with Scottish widows. I used the online chat to speak to someone about a pensions forecast. They said they would send me an email with the forecast; but the email looks dodgy to me. It's asking to set up a passphtase with Lloyds banking group to view it. Anyone else had a similar experience?

Not personally, but SW are owned by Lloyds so on the one hand it seems it's legit, but I would have thought that if you
don't have online access to your SW account they'd take you through the whole rigmarole of setting up login from scratch.

Similar situation, my car insurance company send me a link to get my docs online but I have to put some personal details in to
actually access the pdf documents.

See this info which was copied from details I was sent when making a withdrawal. Lloyds Banking will be involved with the process.
