Any truth in the rumours that RM are giving out forms to find out what peoples preferences are? ie 1in 4 ,1 in 6, day off or week off, full or part time?

My old DO did this preference exersize about 15 years ago, then proceeded to implement the exact opposite changes that we voted for. :left: :Applause :d'oh!

Exactly, it’s the same as the staff survey , if it changed anything they would abolish it.
