My Performance app

Post by guardianangel »

Just putting this one on here would like to know the first people in the office for coaching and counselling to do with the data collected by the performance app.

Last time I looked it's predominantly driver orientated so idling, safety (that's the braking, cornering, acceleration aspect) and speeding, the only other thing I can see is the one that supposedly says the amount of parcels successfully delivered but that's bollocks it doesn't match up with reality.

Has it changed ? Additional items ? I'll have a look tomorrow.

Yep, same as Ted above.

I'm consistently at 100% even though I notice left a couple, and the figures don't actually match the amount I'm scanning.

As with everything else seemingly in the company, it doesn't work! I had a few days last week with the same number of scans and all 100%, even though i took packet's back to the office. :nana

It's not been agreed, so there's no reason to look at it or engage with it.

Is it just tracked that shows on the app?

I think so as I’ve apparently delivered 100% but brought back recorded and special items before

There is no agreement on its use. It's currently voluntary participation. Do not engage with it. Do not open it. Just ignore it. If your manager requests a "conversation" on the data collected then take your rep, smile, say thankyou and leave. If they continue to harass you then stick a grievance in.

First time delivery is not our gift to give. If the customer isn't in that isn't our fault. If there is no safe place that is not our fault either. If they want you to then try multiple neighbours then oblige them and fail your duties even further. DO NOT BE PRESSURED INTO DOORSTEPPING.

Where exactly can this “performance app” be found? On your PDA login screen?

I think you can have a conversation about idling/speeding and complaints, the app just takes data from the management tools anyway, it's not a stand alone tool.

Top right hand button, then on the next screen the right hand button, assuming your DO has gone love with the app.

I've tried to make heads or tails of what exactly is being logged by first time delivery and I really don't know. Sometimes it'll say 100% when I know I've written a P739 for a Tracked item. Other days it'll say I didn't deliver something and the street name is my partner's loop. After keeping an eye on it for a month, it mostly reports 100% regardless of what happened the previous day.
The machine stops.
