Be nice if the CWU were looking into this.
Seeing as it was my day off yesterday and could be arsed to look through all my payslips, found out what OT I'd worked, worked out I'm due about 1.5 hrs top up, went into the RM app thingy to raise a stink then I happened to look at the FAQ's:
I think my underpin has been underpaid as I perform overtime?

A top up payment will be paid in February (for monthly paid it will be Februarys salary).

This will be to take into account any overtime performed between 26th December 2022 to week ending 24th December 2023 inclusive.
So if they're playing ball we should see it this month! Not what the LTB said though, the joint statement said it'd be paid in January.

And for anyone who is not sure how the Christmas Supplement and Underpin payment are worked out:
How is the Christmas supplement calculated?

The calculation is based on the projection on what we expect the contractual hours to be on pay date. If part time employees have temporarily increased their ‘contractual’ hours at OPG level to full time for at least 2 weeks during the qualifying period they will receive the full amount.

The supplement is then assessed for subsequent eligibility changes during the qualifying period. Overtime or scheduled attendance performed does not count towards the Christmas supplement. Any under or overpayments will be corrected in February.
How is the Underpin payment calculated?

The underpin payment is calculated on employee contracted hours on 27th November. A top up payment will be made in February for part time employees to consider any overtime performed up to full time hours between December 2022 and December 2023

Thanks for your investigation yellowbelly. I was going to email the branch secretary tomorrow to pass it upwards but I will wait afew more weeks and see if colleagues receive the money they are owed. I vaguely remember there being a LTB before Xmas saying arrangements hadn’t been made and they were working off a previous years agreement and it had all been left too late.

I handed my notice in on the 24th of December. I gave them 2 weeks notice. I was told today that RM had changed the cut off date to a week later for people who leave the business; they changed it after Christmas. I only needed to give one weeks notice but thought I would be nice. I should have got £225 for doing my bit over Christmas. Absolute joke, we got screwed…
