I had one last year where the customer claimed they had not received the item. I had signed on their behalf because I’m not letting anyone I haven’t hosed down with antibacterial spray touch my pda.
I told my manager I had definitely delivered it and the result was… never heard about it again. I think you are only conduct coded if you are useless in other areas or they just want rid of you.

I consider it a positive that people not doing the job correctly are conduct coded. It gives us all a bad name when posties are cutting corners and fraudulently signing for parcels.
