We've not yet had any confirmation on the arrival times of the late work, how RM propose it be sorted, which shift will sort it and the dispatch times for the two waves. Without that, how can they confirm changes to start times in DOs?

They obviously know , they just aren't telling you yet because they've confirmed the times in over a thousand delivery offices. And someone obviously knows all the despatch times etc. because we know when our trucks are arriving , you will get told your despatch times and you'll have to get the stuff sorted for then, your probably going to be charging your working hours and shifts to fit in with new times

This is a posties’ forum —ie for current RM employees. You no longer work for Royal Mail. You hated it and could no longer hack it, remember? Why are you on this forum? The only thing that has basically been confirmed is the changes to the 2C dispatch with just a single lorry at 10:00 so all 2C and T48 will have to be sorted by then, likely having to take priority over the late inward.
Whatever the new arrival times the DOs have been given, you can add at least half an hour onto that due to traffic, so in practice the start times in DOs will likely change again once the affect of traffic on the actual arrival timers becomes known.

Ours are decent to be honest given the horror stories I've heard from other areas. 6:30 start every day, bar Saturday which is unchanged at 6. 1:35 (13:55 official) finish Monday, Tuesday, Friday. Wednesday and Thursday have been pushed back to 14:10 (14:30) official, whilst Saturdays finish is 12:30 (12:50).
Did a temporal vortex catapult you from 2007? Short of inventing a time machine, I'd need to put in for a transfer to an office hundreds of miles away South of the border.

Yes, your times from my perspective are not that much later than what we had before P&L. Compared to many other Scottish offices' current times, we're not that bad: 1440 finish Monday to Friday, 1420 on Saturday. Begrudgingly tolerable. Just enough of a Saturday left over to assemble a weekend.
If I consult the union's matrix of uncertainty, that'll be 1540 best case or 1610 worst case. A long way off being the worst, but no-one is happy. And I mean no-one.

Great minds think alike! I do intend to ignore him going forward.
It has also just agreed nationally that to mitigate later finishes, part of ones break can be taken at the end of shift.
I explicitly asked this question to our DOM today in our WTLL on the network time changes, and he said part of the break cannot be taken at the end of the shift (ie clock out 20 minutes early) as it had been prevented by the higher-ups! Do you have a source for the national agreement, Ren Hoëk? Not a trick question — I have been saving half of my break and leaving 20 mins early pretty much since I went permanent, and I would like to continue if possible. Not fussed about starting later too much but would like to continue to shorten my working day by 20 mins if I can. (Our depot’s standard change is 55 minutes later, last lorry now at 8.20 am-ish.)
Our boss said the exact opposite, 20 mins of our break time can be taken at the end agreed with Royal Mail and CWU to mitigate later finish.
