So I have 40 hours to use before end of March. The app yesterday said I had 40 hours I've just gone on and it's now showing 12 hours. So I'm 28 hours short I do purchase an extra 28 hours could it have something to do with that.
Any suggestions please.

What does planned mean looks like that's where my 28 hours have gone

I thought planned means I have days booked off but I haven't it's just gone from saying 40 yesterday to saying 12 today.
