You can buy leave that takes your total entitlement up to 6 weeks if that's what you mean. You need to get a wriggle on though to buy it for the next leave year as the window to purchase ends on 28th Feb.

There's a lot of detailed info about it in the RM 'Time off work procedure' document that you can get to through 'RMG People Policy' through
the People app or website.

pretty sure there's nothing against buying it when new, you're paying for it after all. Could be wrong though.

No 6 weeks is the maximum you can "buy" up to.

Once again, could be wrong, but I'm 98% certain that you can only buy up to the 6 weeks. The long service benefit is that x extra leave is free, not that it raises the cap.
