New start times

With these new start times, will everyone finish the same time. IE Full timers and Part timers?

FT and PT are supposed to finish at same time for years
Park and loop FT and PT working together in your office? How the hell do you finish at different times??

It's happened in my office for years. A part timer and a full timer work together, the part timer carries on on overtime until we've finished. But now we don't have any shared van duties anyway.

Not at mine , half the office work on their own , the other half park and loop .

How did that happen? Is it that the single person duties aren't suitable for pairing into two, maybe part rural/semi rural so tricky to split, we've got some town hct duties that really should be pnl but apparently it's impossible to get any more vans.

It is entirely down to the landscape surrounding your office. If you are in a small entirely rural office, of course there is a chance you have no van share duties.

well if people are still willing to pay them £4 a week for there onion to shaft them on the worse non agreement we have ever seen ever , then so be it. .

And what happens to the people who do the afternoon packets,they are waiting for our vans now,what could be their start times 3.30 till 9.30 .
Also if my partner has the I have to pick up my kids from school pass does this mean I waste half hour bringing him back early then I go back out and by the time I get there my time is up

Did you read it? It lists the reasons that will be considered for exemption.

We are allowed to finish 20 minutes early if we have half our break, so Hans might have meant that.

19 minutes later for us now it’s a 7:19 start time and a latest finish time of 15:13 on a Wednesday.

Did you read it? It lists the reasons that will be considered for exemption.

The crucial word being 'considered'.......management can 'consider' all they want, I'd not want to be relying on
any of our managers 'consideration'.
