Is there a 'temporary part time' option?
I'm currently full time but I've been diagnosed with gastritis/hiatal hernia and I'm struggling, is there an option to go 'part time' for a period at all?

Part timers at our gaff are expected to work full time hours but if you get done early you just book less overtime than if you were full time. Absolute shambles.

Are the Full timers giving money back if they finish early??????kazardaimenu wrote: ↑10 Feb 2024, 17:19Part timers at our gaff are expected to work full time hours but if you get done early you just book less overtime than if you were full time. Absolute shambles.
Why should you then?
If they want you all working FT they pay you full time or just say your working your PT hours
No one can make you work FT hours anyway
