Can’t order uniform through the app

For some reason I am unable to order uniform through the RM People app. I can access the app, look at payslips etc, but when I click on order uniform I just get a “unauthorised access” message! Anyone know how to solve this issue?

Have you ordered uniform in the past via the app, if so, have you asked your manager in case your blocked for some reason? The contact email on the app is royalmail@dimensions.co.uk which I assume is the supplier rather than RM?

Had the same issue. Use the My App & HR help option to raise a query to Dimensions

Appears to be working ok for me, it goes through to the select item and place an order section but I'm out of allocation for everything so can't test it.
