Hi Guys sorry if I’m a bit vague with this. Soooo RM will be rolling out performance app for Us to see on our phones showing how good (or bad) we’re doing?

I can remember a certain CEO who said in front of a select committee that RM didn't use any of our delivery data to watch our performance, now they want you to check the data and see how your performance is and if it's up to scratch.
I for one wouldn't look anywhere near it.

They don’t have my permission to put anything on my phone , I pay the bill not them. I would rather get rid of my phone than have any app they develop on it. In any case they don’t have my number and I won’t be giving them it either.

How can a performance app tell how much traffic there is ,how long it takes people to get out of the shower,get out of bed or even get off the toilet ,mrs granny smith chatting to you or her taking 5 minutes to get to the door,how many 739's you have to write how many neighbours doors you have to knock on,in my opinion the faster you are the more likely you are to be not doing the job properly. I have just deleted my app as i dont give a s**t what it says ,i clock in on time do my job clock out on time and if they dont like it sack me i couldn't give a toss anymore ,this company is going down the wrong path if they want to be successful.

You deleted the app that allows you to check your pay slips and check/book annual leave? Abit hasty I would say. Its quite useful in that regard. Im also unsure if the My performance on delivery stuff would be on that app. I thought it would be on the PDA's.

i still get my leave on a piece of paper and we pick our leave on a piece of paper,our lino says dont book your odd days on the app because he doesn't look at it just go and see him and grovel,as for pay i dont do overtime so get the same every week so just check my bank to see if its in ,i have no need for a stupid app.

My wage shouldn't change. I just work my hours that's it.

It's on your pda, top left, one of those buttons under that.

It'd be useless on your phone, you can disable the gps for a start and it can't track your parcels and s**t.
