Does anyone know the most i can put in without going over PSE Im on a 37 hour contract

I'm also on 37 hrs and am currently paying £89.88. split across Bonus plan and Flexi plan. It's pretty close to the limit. The National Minimum wage goes up in April. I calculated that the maximum payable then will be about £69 per week, if you want to stay in PSE. Basically, you have to earn the NMW per contracted hour, AFTER deductions.

In April the new minimum wage will go to
£11.44
if you multiply it by your hours it will give you the base figure not to drop below.
for 37 hrs its going to go to £423.28.
OTHER Things may also need to be accounted for too, additional salary exchange arrangements, child care vouchers, maybe the new sick system
