The “rankings” which have suddenly now been pinned up on the office noticeboard tell us our office massively missed the target in every week. None of the offices in our region listed in our leaderboard qualified, though some smaller offices did come close.maybe next year!

It was massively unfair for those in mail centres to be honest. How you can be penalised for other office’s performances is beyond me, but Royal Mail.

It all depended on how many staff / how many agency workers you had.... if Royal Mail didn't supply your office with enough staff then you were doomed from the start.

Obvs we all got nothing. Yet another own goal from RM as well. Another tool to sink morale by setting a completely unrealistic goal highlighting how shafted and understaffed your office really is. Start time, Finish time.

the incentive scheme was based on the hours worked over the qualifying period. it was not pro-rata.
