Industrialised bully tactics against the lowest workers

Post by CarryingMGMT »

That seems to be what's happening at RM now. Surprise! It's a pyramid scheme from the top down.

Some people should be ashamed of themselves, none of them will be though :Applause

It’s terrible in our office and the staff turnover rate is ridiculous. If you’re relatively new and are not willing to go over your time the manager will say you’re not being “flexible” and may affect your contract renewal when it comes up! Complete bullying tactics.

The amount of harassment, unrealistic expectations, being moaned at for being 'slow'.... I have had since day 1 many years ago, is ridiculous.

I have never worked for a company like this where you are criticised for doing a good days work. Don't get me wrong, months can go by where everything is hunky-dory....but then out of the blue a manager will decide to start a war with me.... it's completely unnecessary and never gets us anywhere, it just causes more problems.

The job would be good if it wasn't for this pointless harassment from management, but because of the bullying I don't think I will last too much longer....

Which I don't know if they will care or not. I have heard many managers actually try to accommodate people when they hand their notice in and see if they can do anything to make them stay. It will be hilarious if they do that with me as I'd tell them I'm leaving because of the bullying and that's never going to stop. You've been bullying me for years and now you're trying to grovel to me to stay, as you know you are going to have to find a new employee and who knows what that employee will be like.
