Police are investigating the incident and have released this CCTV image
Officers investigating a theft of tools in Chester have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in relation to the incident.
At around 2pm on Tuesday, November 28, police were called to reports of a theft in Chester. The caller reported that a man dressed as a Royal Mail employee had stolen tools from the driveway of a residential property on Roman Crescent, Chester.
The Royal Mail clothing used by the offender has since been reported stolen in a separate incident prior to this offence. Officers launched an investigation and as part of this, they have now released a CCTV image of a man believed to hold vital information.
Initial enquiries suggest the man left the area in a Silver Peugeot Panel Van and could also have links to North Wales.
