Has anyone been on the Royal Mail complaints group on Facebook? It's a goldmine and a sacking waiting to happen with all the click bait.

We’ve got yellow plastic lining to put in the pouch if it’s raining..they are few and far between though.
They seem to be exclusively included with brand new pouches. You can’t request them separately.

Cannot work out how to put the tweet on here properly but anyway. The postman was obviously just playing RMs green agenda game by recycling her package for her.

I’ve never done a trolley delivery. Do you have to close and lock it before every delivery point anyway? Also that could be his pen in his mouth. You can barely see it.

Technically yes but he's standing right near it the odds someone's gonna try something is next to zero.

I've never used a HCT but I've used the ones we hang pouches on and you cant possibly take them down every drive or pathway so they can never be 100% secure. When the latter were introduced I had a manager tell me to remove the pouches whenever I couldnt take the trolley to the doorstep and take them with me, what a tit.

You wouldn't normally leave it open, just like you wouldn't leave the back doors of a van wide open, as the never know who's around, although I'm surprised any customer takes the time to take a photo and complain via X/Twitter when it happens.

You have to laugh that this woman crosses out the name of her house or road but posts a picture of herself, so any local postie would soon recognise her anyway.

Whilst it looks careless for the postie to leave a HCT open and that side of it might actually be empty, how do they think we work when we are using the golf trolleys?

That looks at ground level? Deserves to be broke if it is.

Not a low level letterbox, Alistair also reported it in July 2023 🤔 not sure how Alistair opens that door looks like a load of junk stacked behind it.

No letterbox deserves to be broke but them letterboxes are cheap and nasty. They fall off having barely lifted the flap up.
