I ordered something that was sent tracked 48 on Friday and got an email Saturday to say we expect to deliver Monday.
I knew I wasn't going to be in so arranged to collect at a local PO, but the parcel hasn't had a scan since it was sent and we know how they like to treat tracked.
I would have expected at least a MC acceptance scan by now.

If it hasn’t had a scan I would say the sender has printed the postage label and has yet to leave it to a post office

It says item received so I assume it was collected or scanned initially but no further scan, just says in transit.

Although it's Tracked, it can still fail. And if it does fail, it can only ever fail once - then all worldly concern evaporates and thereafter it'll get shunted aside to prevent more Tracked failing. Got to keep that bin chute unclogged!
The machine stops.

Had the same, it was sat in the Post Office for a week.
Agency worker never scanned it delivered.

It's sat in an artic trailer dumped in an industrial estate close by. Zero scans since the Post office. Ignored until it quietens down, probably in January.
