Exactly, just shows you how poorly thought out the whole thing is. Wait until the summer ‘quiet ‘ period, when they owe us. Many duties won’t be achievable. Ridiculous idea.

Once the casual labour and the hire vans dissappear, we begin 2024 with the 'annual cull' of jobs and hours. Start times mean f**k all - the job cant be done without overtime and working your days off. Why cant these clowns understand ?
