NRA60 -lump sum paid but no pension paid yet-why ?

Good afternoon all ,

Would enlightened folks tell me why i have received the NRA60 lumpsum payment into my nominated account end October 2023 but not a penny of the stated RM pension into my account ?

I know that the pension is paid on the last working day of the month so i should have see something in my account by now but not a penny .

I am sure all the paperwork was completed and sent off else i would not have received the lump sum .

Any advice appreciated and i contacted the Pensions Helpline last week but it takes a while for them to respond .

Exactly same happened to me. I just sent off an email and was paid the next month along with the part payment missing. A technical error they said. Email is easier than phoning.

When my Mrs retired from NHS her first month pension was included with the lump sum. Don't know if that's relevant for RM??
