I've a week's holiday/leave beginning of January 2024, just checking I get Monday 1st January back as a day in leiu , is this automatically done via app or does the dom have to manually input this himself .

You don't get it back unless it's your day off, you just don't use up your leave, have a look on the app it should show the amount of hours leave for that week for whatever days you were due to work.

Do you work nights, if you do, you might need a days leave to cover that day as you'll likely be back in at 00:00 (Tuesday morning)
