Is it not a case of if you go sick for a week during xmas pressure then you lose a % of it

If you are on full pay you receive 100% of the Xmas bonus if you're on 50% pay ( due to being off for more than 6 months ,) you get 50% of the bonus . As far as I can work out all this talk of less bonus if you're off sick is put about by managers who don't know what their talking about/ want too scare people into working whilst sick during pressure sorry "peak" .

Yes. They took back some of it last year because of the industrial action.

Yes. They took back some of it last year because of the industrial action.

You lose a some of it if you are off work and not been paid by the company like an unauthorised absence or by going on strike. You still get it even if you’re off sick.

Yes, managers often say that you don't get the xmas bonus if you go on sick but afaik its nonsense and you should get it paid regardless - unless you've been on long term sick

We have been told people on new contracts aren't getting the £200 (or pro rata) by our union rep but he seemed unsure. Anyone else aware of this as it will be another kick in the teeth eg. Lower standard wage no delivery suppment etc for doing the exact same job

It's being paid in next week's wage Friday 15th, don't know how that fits in with the new contracts monthly pay schedule though.
