Is your office offering incentives? ie double time or deals?

Our office is offering overtime that is always incorrect in payslips and has to be chased on a regular basis !!
I wouldn't be happy to hear one of the bosses favourites was getting any kind of special deals yet others weren't

Our managers have been looking at allowing staff to work from home like they did in the pandemic or even go out in their cars as long as the mail is somewhere "safe", however, its only if they are prepared to work their day off.

Yeah some people are getting 12,mostly 10 hours seems to be the average it depends how desperate the dom is.

Wish ours would start offering that, it's double the £25 bonus on offer, there's more chance of Elvis turning up to do parcels than our office has of getting it.

If I get get offered at a higher rate I'll take it. But I'm not doing any extra to take home £9 per hour, not worth it. I'd rather just go home.

I personally don’t bother unless I’m already out and will claim 30 -40 minutes maximum, on most days I leave some in frame and cut off I mean the wage is quite decent if you’ve been here a while but bizarrely you take home less past your 37 hours, I’ve never known any company pay less on overtime and that’s why i can’t be bothered with it, I know it’s extra money but overtime is only just better than minimum wage!

In larger offices there has been a sort of restoration due to infighting of multiple coms. I don't think they got the DOM title back, but it's essentially the same idea, they're queen of the hive and also responsible for everything that goes wrong.

Some crews have been staying out gone 7, 8 & 9pm with no questions asked regarding overtime, 11/12 hours is the going rate to work your day off with a 3ish finish time, fill your boots if you want it

How does that work with SISO when we've been told we can only now claim OT to the minute we work, as otherwise it's being picked up by senior management above our DOM/COM?
