Interestingly the incentive bonus is at it’s highest that week (£75), I think those at the top have realised it’s far too early to be returning to normal hours.
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.

I’m not sure why they are waiting that long to be honest. Our night shift is clearing all of our sorting anyway, so it seems pointless to still be starting earlier.

Its already made a saving in our Office .We used to get paid overtime to come in early this time of year , even if we get the 250,no chance of the 500, we would still be losing out.

Our office is a disaster. Never been as bad and that's saying something, considering the last time we had a clear office was Xmas Eve 2021! Latest revision has been an absolute shambles. Morale was bad enough but now it's rock bottom.

Can anybody understand why we go back to normal start times on what is likely to be the busiest week of the year? At the moment we're struggling to complete, so will have no chance during Christmas week, unless the company pays everybody overtime to still come early, which is probably unlikely.
