Bonus incentive
Just wondering if any offices out there achieved their bonus last week, our office failed miserably. Would be nice to know if there are any achievable offices.

Re: Bonus incentive
We did. Gaffer must have done some serious creative accounting
to hit the mail target judging by what I saw left in the frames most days (probably did hit the tracked target tbf)

Re: Bonus incentive
Just wondering how fair this scheme is if its either creative accounting or inept managers ,walks that are way too long and so short staffed that some offices will fall way below the targets through no fault of their own, what i want to know is how the hell did the union agree to this and if they didn't what are they going to do about it and is their a case for a claim against royal mail.

Your right, stupid scheme.
Offices that would have completed anyway get money for nothing basically and those that are chronically understaffed get diddly squat.
Waste of money and very unfair.

Re: Bonus incentive
The chronically understaffed offices will get their pittance as long as the creative accounting is still alive and well

I thought it was based on tracked only?

Re: Bonus incentive
A bonus scheme for doing what should be done without a bonus scheme this company is so muddled.

Re: Bonus incentive
I’m pretty sure our manager said clearing tracked and adhering to the USO, which would seem unlikely if offices failing on letters are still getting it. It was the 98% figure I believe you had to clear which sounds like the target for tracked.
