Having left RM a month ago, I'm trying to register with capita for access to that part of my pension. I keep getting a new user registration error.
Sorry but it is not possible for you to register via the internet at this time.
Keeps coming up. Anyone else had this error?
I have sent an email off to them but in the meantime, any tips on how to sort this out?
