Trimble. What's not to like?

They put Trimble's in about 90% of the electric vans when we got them, then realised the vans give them all that info for free. I've been called out for idling before in a van without a trimble (to be fair I was leaving it running while I delivered, but on a route with several farms where you drive a mile, hop out next to the door, lob the mail through then back in.)
If the company want to save money, maybe stop paying people to have a go at someone for the way they drive

Similar at our place, our fleet is 13 year old 10 reg combos from when p&l came in, couple of stinking weekly regen doblos, some 64 reg partners, all shagged and quite frankly a disgrace for a national business.

We haven't had a new van in our DO for 5+ years, it's shocking how RM are letting some parts of the business get so run down, you do wonder if they intend closing the smaller DO's but they would never cope if they did unless they lost the letters side of the business and just delivered parcels in the nice new electric vans based at the MC's etc.

Got the new rentals at ours for "Peak". There seems to be a little reluctance to drive them as there isn't a mark on them. I guess there is something to be said for a shitty 2013 Fiat with every panel damaged - you can't be blamed as any new damage is hard to spot.
